Do I need to know anything about crypto to use this?
No. You charge in pesos and receive pesos in your bank account. Your customer pays with their card like at any other store. The technology moving the money underneath is blockchain, and it's the reason the fee is this low, but neither you nor your customer sees it or has to understand it.
When do I get my money?
The same day you're paid. There's no 7- or 30-day hold, and we don't charge extra to release it sooner, because we aren't holding it.
What do I need to open an account?
Your business details, your ID, and the bank account where you want to be paid. No lock-in contract and no monthly fee.
What if my customer won't pay online?
Today Odeleite charges online through a payment link or checkout. The in-person terminal is on the way; if you need it, tell us and we'll let you know when it ships.
Can I charge in dollars?
Yes. You can charge in pesos or dollars and pick which currency you want to receive. Conversion happens at the moment of the charge and you see the rate before accepting.
How does it connect to my system?
Three ways: checkout for your website, the API for custom software, and the MCP server if you want an AI agent handling collections. The Yacamba ERP connector is in development.
What happens if a customer asks for a refund?
You can refund the payment in full or in part from your dashboard. The fee from the original sale comes back to you along with the refund.
